Congratulations! After an initial screening of many candidates, you have been selected for conditional hire for a PTOC security team position. PTOC security staff can work up to 40+ hours a week. All regular full time assignments are filled by field tested PTOC staff. Depending on your flexibility, professionalism, and the quality of your work, a full time regular position can be offered as little as two weeks after being hired.
If you haven’t already completed your mandatory yearly 8 hour refresher training or your 40 hour guard card training program, you can do so now through our online training portal below or through any other BSIS licensed training provider.

We do not reschedule interviews with Recruiters. PTOC Agents who commit to a schedule are expected to be on-time without exception.
Due to the COVID Pandemic, we are scheduling video interviews. The Recruiter who begins your candidacy process will provide you with the directions for your video interview.
For you interview, bring with you a copy of your resume and both the original and a photocopy of your permits/licenses on one sheet of paper:
State or Federally Issued ID
Social Security Card or Birth Certificate
Other permits/licenses (firearms, baton, pepper spray, Taser, first aid, CPR…
Also include a copy “Certificates of Training” to support these licenses/certifications
We ask that you please wear a black suit, black or white dress shirt, black tie, and shined black shoes to the interview for visual confirmation that you own one. If you do not wear it to the interview, your employment will not be confirmed until the Recruiter receives a photo of you in a black tie, black or white dress shirt, black tie, and shined black shoes.
Mandatory interview attire is a clean, pressed black suit, white dress shirt, black tie, black dress belt, and shined black dress.. If you arrive after your scheduled interview time or are not dressed appropriately, you will not be interviewed.
Should you pass our interview, you will be required to complete the application, review the New Hire Reference Guide, attend an orientation, and be be prepared to work this weekend, as we assign new hires rover shifts Friday and Saturday nights to evaluate new hires with various clients before assigning officers to a permanent rotation.
