PTOC Securiy Agent Interviews

Only the five steps below stand between you and your career in security management.

Congratulations! After an initial screening of many candidates, you have been selected for an interview for a PTOC security team position. The interviews will be in San Diego Thursday,  February 23rd, 2017 from 9:30am to 12:30pm.

This initial PTOC assignment is Sunday, February 26th – Friday, March 3rd. You must be available for some or all of the swing/grave shifts to be considered.

If you haven’t already completed your 40 hour guard card training program or require a refresher training program, you can do so now through our online training portal below.

CLICK HERE to complete your full 10 page application from a computer electronically prior to your interview. You will also need to verify your email address by logging in to your email upon completing the application.

We do not reschedule interviews. Treat your interview as your first shift. PTOC Agents members who commit to a schedule are expected to be on-time without exception.

You are scheduled for Thursday,  February 23rd, 2017 from 9:30am to 12:30pm. Interviews will be held on a first come, first served basis.

The location for the interview is 350 10th Avenue, Suite 1000, San Diego, California, 92101.

For you interview, bring with you a copy of your resume and both the original and a photocopy of your permits/licenses on one sheet of paper:

State or Federally Issued ID
Social Security Card or Birth Certificate
Guard Card
Other permits/licenses (firearms, baton, pepper spray, Taser, first aid, CPR…

Also include a copy “Certificates of Training” to support these licenses/certifications

Check in with the receptionist. Parking will not be validated. Metered street parking is available (check the signs).

Attire for the interview is suit and tie, with specific details regarding what to wear found in the application. If you arrive after your scheduled interview time or are not dressed appropriately, you will not be interviewed.

Should you pass our interview, be prepared to work this Sunday through Friday of next week, as we assign new hires to evaluate new hires with various clients before assigning officers to a permanent rotation.
